I’m a native New Yorker, born and raised in Brooklyn, with years spent living in Manhattan. I attended NY schools and like many lifelong New Yorkers, I never imagined calling New Jersey home. That changed when my husband and I decided to start a family. Somewhat hesitant to leave NYC, we discovered Montclair—and from the moment we arrived, we knew we had made the right decision. Over time, I’ve come to love not only Montclair’s tight-knit community but also the surrounding towns. My favorite Thai and sushi spots are in Bloomfield, my go-to special occasion restaurant is in Verona, and my favorite Italian restaurant is in Caldwell.
